Terms and Conditions

LOCATION

~ The location is at the discretion of yourself, the client.
~ A setup area will be required, as well as access to plug sockets
~ A Makeup Artist chair, a Ring Light and protective gown will be
provided (natural light is preferred though!)
~ Hand washing facilities must be available.

TRAVEL

~ Travel is included within a 10 mile radius of PL8 2BS, and a rate of
25p per mile will be applied thereafter. I will send you an invoice when
you book, and before you pay the deposit, so you can decide if you
would like to go ahead with the appointment?

BOOKING TIME

~ Your makeup will take between 1 and 2 hours, depending on which
service you have booked. Please see the price list for the amount of
time I have allocated for each service. I may be quicker than the time I
have allowed, but it will definitely be perfect!

PAYMENT

~ A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
to secure the service. If the deposit is not received, I will release
the time slot for other clients to book.
~ The remaining balance will be due 7 days before your appointment. If
the balance is not received (you will be sent a reminder!), this will
act as a cancellation by yourself, the client, and no refunds are due.
~ Payment of the deposit means that you have read, and accepted the
booking terms and conditions (I’ve tried to keep them brief!)

CANCELLATION POLICY

~ In the event you have to cancel your booking, and you have just paid
your deposit, no refunds will be due.
~ If you have paid your balance, and you cancel more than 48 hours in
advance, the balance only will be refunded
~ If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, no refunds will be due.
~ In the unlikely event I have to cancel for any reason, a 100% refund
will be due, within no more than 7 days after cancellation.

LIABILITY

~ All equipment and makeup brushes are cleaned and sanitised between
every client. Makeup is sanitised between every client. Disposable tools
will be used where applicable.
~ A client questionnaire must be completed at least 7 days before your
appointment. I will go through the questionnaire with you at your
appointment before your makeup application.
~ All skincare and makeup used is vegan, cruelty free, and free from
harmful chemicals, but please do let me know if you have any allergies
or skin conditions beforehand. This may have a bearing on the products I
use, or whether your appointment can go ahead.
~ I will not be liable for any reactions to any of the products I use.
It is your responsibility to have disclosed any allergies or skin
conditions beforehand. I will double check this with you at the start of
your appointment though.

OTHER BITS & BOBS

~ I am face mask exempt, so please do not ask me to wear one! I can
wear a visor, if you wish, but please bear in mind my visibility is not
so great while wearing one! This must be requested in advance. If it is
not, and you decide not to go ahead with your appointment, no refunds
will be due.
~ Please be aware I live with a dog, and I have a horse ( my gorgeous
fur babies!) Obviously I will be clean and freshly showered for your
appointment, but please do let me know in advance if you have any
allergies to my four-legged friends!
~ I’m always happy to hear from you! If you have any questions before
your appointment, please do reach out to me.
~ Please attend your appointment make-up free, ensuring your skin and hair are clean
~All makeup services include a complimentary LimeLife cleanse and
moisturise to suit your skin type. If you would prefer not to receive
one, do let me know, but please ensure your skincare is all silicone
free.
